Payment & Deposit

Store Pickup
You can collect your order directly from our physical store in Degla, Maadi, Cairo, once it arrives. Our team will notify you via WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup
When will I get my order?
This policy applies to all pre-order items, including accessories, shoes, and phone cases. Please make sure to select the correct size or model before placing your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or model selection. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. If you are unsure about the correct size or model, contact us before ordering and our team will be happy to help.
